If you follow me on social media you would already know that we kept one of the puppies from our litter. With that I thought I would share my top 5 puppy buys:
Thankfully Minnie isn’t very destructive so we decided to go for a fabric bed rather than plastic one. This one is orthopaedic and I must say the cushion is quite firm for a little puppy, so until she gets a bit bigger I have folded up a nice teddy bear soft blanket inside it!
Collar, Lead, Harness & ID – Ancol Raspberry Hearts Puppy Collar & Lead Set RRP £6.15
For now as they grow so quick I’ve gone for a puppy collar and lead and that couldn’t be without a cute glittery paw print ID tag! I walk the other dogs with a harness so I’ve gone for the same for her and can’t wait till she’s allowed outside which is less than 1 week away now.
These are our go to treats at the moment and Minnie loves them. We break them into little pieces for training and also use them as treats for going to bed nicely at night time. We love that they contain some good stuff, wheat free and that there low calorie so we don’t end up with a fat Minnie! And most importantly there made in the UK.

This are super popular in the house, so much so that one of our other dogs Teddy stole the healthy edibles and ate it in minutes before we had a chance to rescue it!
No dog post is complete without the fabulous original Kong toy – these are a god send to keep your puppy entertained! If you feed kibble you can put one of their meals in there if you need some rest time, if not you can treat them with peanut butter or marmite, cheese spread or meat paste with little treats in there, small cubes of cheese and they will spend their time trying to get it out. If your going out and you want to keep them occupied you can also freeze it to take them even longer!
Anything with dangly legs goes down well in this house, they play tug of war with each other or run round playing chase for the toy. We even have legs of previous dangly leg toys still in the toy box which are still played with!
With having 3 dogs now I need to keep check of them all with flea treatment, worming, weight and food quantity plus vaccinations but I love this app so much that I think even as a single dog owner it would be just as helpful. It’s super cute to look at and you can add memories to each dogs folder which is a lovely addition and I think it was definitely worth the £2.99 to add unlimited pets.
