Survive Until Payday With These Helpful Hacks

Okay, let’s’ not pretend like we are all Bill Gates rich and have never had a problem with money in our lives. I don’t want to be blunt, but we would be liars! For most of us, we have to be frugal with our cash to make sure that it lasts. There is nothing worse than realizing that the funds are running low, and payday isn’t for another couple of weeks. We have all been there, and it isn’t nice. Thankfully, we don’t have to panic anymore because I have found some amazing tips that will make all of our worries disappear. Yes, I have found a couple of hacks that will tighten the purse strings and make last month’s paycheck last all the way until next month’s wage.

Don’t worry – you can thank me later!

Don’t Exceed Your Overdraft Limit

This is an easy one to start off with, but it is also one rule that lots of people break. I don’t know about you, but my bank charges me for going over my overdraft limit. The charge may only be a couple of bucks, but it is money that I can’t afford to spend. So, I always make sure that I never go over the limit no matter how much I need the cash. There are always other ways to find money and ones that don’t cost me $50 a pop! Plus, it’s a dangerous road as we need to find the money to get back in the black. If we can’t, they just keep on charging us until we can’t pay.

Do Use Credit Cards

Now, lots of my readers will think that I have gone mad telling everyone to build up a mountain of credit card debt. But, that isn’t how I see credit cards. Yes, they are a dangerous form of finance if we don’t treat them with respect. However, I have been playing with fire for years, and I still haven’t got burned. Why? It’s because I know how to use credit cards without putting my finances at risk. The trick is simple: pay off your debt in full at the end of every month. The great thing about this is that I can because I only need the money until my next wage packet arrives. When it does, I take the cash and pay off the amount on the card. Credit cards give us extra breathing space so that we don’t have to take drastic measures.

Get A Short-Term Loan

Again, I am not going crazy. Short-term loans are bad if people are suffocating in debt and have no way of paying them back. After all, it isn’t free money. But, that isn’t our situation. We just need a loan until we can pay it off at the end of the month. For that reason, I think short-term loans are a good option. One of my favourites is http://PersonalMoneyStore.com because you don’t need great credit. Still, there are plenty of them to choose from – we just need to make sure we choose wisely. Again, as long as we pay it back quickly, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Ask Family And Helps For Help

For a lot of us, asking a family member or a friend for help is worse than signing up for a short-term loan. I think it’s human nature to detest the fact that we need someone else’s help because we are taught to fend for ourselves. However, asking for help is sometimes the best option. A loan from a loved one doesn’t have any strings attached, nor does it come with any danger. We borrow the money and pay it back at the earliest possible date. The web page http://classroom.synonym.com will tell you all about the positives.

Draw Money Out

Credit cards are a Godsend, but we should still draw money out where possible. The bad thing about a card is that we can’t see how much we are spending. I just put the card to the reader and walk away with my goods. As a result, it’s difficult to keep track of my finances. At least when I take money out from the ATM, I have to hand it over physically. Although it is only a small trick, it makes all the difference. No one likes handing money over, no matter how much you have.

Cut Back

Finally, it is time to cut back. I hate this more than anyone because I love to splash out on my kids and husband. But, when the coffers are bare, I have to be strong and say no. I try and only buy essentials, and then I look for the cheapest items in the store.
