You can pick it up and put it down when you like, one of the great things about a pyjama day.
Although you’re probably not going to want to create something too strenuous, there are a few things you might feel like doing. Maybe you could write a story or a poem. If you play an instrument, you might feel inspired to create a song and record it. Everybody should have some kind of creative hobby, so this could even be the perfect day to pick one up!
Catch Up On Your TV
Although watching too much TV isn’t great for us, there’s nothing wrong with binge watching something on a pyjama day. If there’s a film you’ve been meaning to watch, watch it. The great thing about pyjama days is that you’re giving yourself permission to do pretty much what you want, when you want.
